Savegame: Set factory buildiee
Non-hacky save/load requires a lua function to tell a factory to treat a nanoframe as if the factory created the nanoframe. This would include snapping the nanoframe to the correct piece of the factory and inheriting the factory queue upon completion. If the factory already has a nanoframe it could be destroyed and refunded as if the construction was cancelled.

I agree. While we can create units as nanoframe, even set their construction percent, we can't assign them a builder, so the nanoframe usually decay while the factory has the restart the construction from 0.
The problem doesn't show on mobile constructors, as they are smart enough to recognize a half built frame of what they what is already in place, and complete it instead of starting a new one.
While I am not convinced saving projectile is that important for save/load, allowing factories to resume building process matters, especially when you consider those late game, expensive units.
