ATI users: Omega 6.1 works with shadows

Hi, any ATI users who had to quit using Omega/DNA or whatever other hacked drivers might find the problem has now been solved. I just installed Omega 6.1 drivers for my Radeon 9800 xt, and it appears that shadows/lighting in Spring will now work fine with them.

Ya, I've been using them for about a month now... Didn't know it was a very big issue
