The Website: Sample Databases

The sample databases currently have issues, namely:

- None of the user databases have a password. At least 1 user with a known password for testing purposes should be available out of the box, e.g. "Admin" "password"
- The wiki is empty, making the testing of mediawiki upgrades and themes time consuming
- There are no forum threads

I can fix the user database issue, perhaps create some threads on a test user for the forums. Do we have an export of the wiki content anywhere though?
