Maybe this is the pb ?

Post by albator »

http://replays.admin-box.com/replay/76f ... d4b4826ae/

Watching replay with x20 (still real speed print about 1.3), between 14 and 15 min I have game running at around 0.05 (my guess) while /speed indicate still 1.3 ...
During that time, I rise from 10 fps to 130 fps ....
It last a few minutes then disappear.

Reducing the speed of pausing does not solve anything.

Notice playing the game, I did not experience that, only while watching.

I use static 64bits linux with LMDE debian UP8

i did understand nothing in your post, what do you mean?

FYI: spring 96.0 has a bug which makes watching replays MUCH slower than the real game. see http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31503

Yeah, that looks to be that:

Long story short, at a point in the replay, without doing anything, this happend simultenaously:
- the real replay speed goes from 2 to 0.1
- the fps goes from 10 to 140
- the /speed indicator stay the same (~1.9)

Then, 5 minutes later it comes back to normal. The time it is triggered is always the same
