No commanders to start the Game

I finally got the game to start with decent graphics but I am still lost in starting the game. Each time, I don't get a commander to start building and playing the game. In spectator mode I can't see anything. The maps are just deserted.

I'm using

Springlobby 0.169 msw
Spring 95.0
Balanced annihilation v7.20 & v7.71
Several maps & AI tested without succes


Is there a tutorial about how to start a game (lobbysettings) so I can check if I made a mistake. I set graphics to high and set my resultion right. I didn't made any more changes in the basic settings.
I don't see what I am doing wrong.

I do see 'Players invalid', but already tried all bot/ally combinations I can think of.

You need BA 7.84 - earlier versions won't work with Spring 95.0
