Bug: can't place startpos

Check the replay: no one placed on the middle startpos on the right (closest to first big metal spot for the dam) yet the 'you cant start inside dgun range of ally' widget prevents me from starting there.

Haven't tracked it down yet. If it reoccurs in another game, would be useful to have the replay from that too.
