still happens on build 1138. However, the other one related to

Code: Select all

[f=0022875] Warning: [GetClass] name "bplasmaballbloom" does not match any class
seems fixed.
the issue that was causing CEG effects to become huge or missing seems fixed on build 1156.

Sadly, it still contains the broken springlobby.exe (won't start).

Would it be possible to move some of these tasks to later, after the LuaIntro has started? Because as it is now, I timed the loading times (it depends on mod and map but anyway): the total loading time from that you press run spring.exe to the "starting in 3 seconds" is 25 seconds. Out of this time, only 4 seconds is covered by LuaIntro actions, such as displaying loading bar, playing music etc...

That's 16 %. I think it's looks a bit stupid...

ArchiveScanner runs only once! once cache is updated it won't run anymore.

maybe also as note: if you use a lobby that uses unitsync, then the cache is already created when unitsync is loaded, so mostly this shouldn't happen. i guess it only happens because you are directly starting spring.

do you want the whole crash report :D

So, just wondering! Seeing as OS X 10.9 is coming out soon, is it possible for you all to upgrade the base of Springrts to 10.7 or higher.
10.6 doesn't have true 64 bit support for most mac computers (The core 2 duo's, where 64bit processors, forced into 32 bit mode by 10.6)

Sorry, I know nothing of macosx, I was talking about something else!

p.s. why is that error report a pdf? makes it pretty hard to read imo, plain text is better

94.1.1-1353 worked well in recent multiplayer games apart from a few minor bugs. Most of them have already been fixed. Kloot can have a very good response time.
