It is a wikipage so that more people can edit it. With the threads that was not possible.

The information from those threads was all already in wiki (or it is now)
Some was not needed imo, like "no flaming in help forum" should be obvious. "Use descriptive topics" was either ignored anyway (and moderators can just edit it) or people know it already.

Also Bugs page http://springrts.com/mediawiki/index.ph ... ldid=26682 told players to check mantis for known bugs and report there instead of using forum, it said "the forum is a bad place to report a bug" etc.

I think that is not good (better if players spam forum and not mantis) and forum is easier to use for players. So I changed it a bit to reflect that?
