Star Wars Spring Manual Released

Post by Warlord Zsinj »

(Feel Free to move this to the mods forum, if you feel it would be more appropriately located there)

The Star Wars Spring manual has been released, and can be found here:
http://spring.clan-sy.com/wiki/SWTA_Manual

It contains:
- SWTA History
- Installation Instructions
- In Depth Unit Guide
- Strategy Section
- Tactics Section

The flagship of the whole thing, really, is the Unit Guide, where every single unit is described, as well as given tactical and strategic hints.

It's a long bugger, and took me ages to write up - and while I don't expect anyone to read it in one go, I hope anyone who has been struggling to grapple with SWS, or is thinking of giving it a go, gives it a once-over.

I hope it helps!

... If there are any further queries about the content, or about the Wiki formatting, etc, please post them, and I will attend to them immediately.

Thanks to Maelstrom and Sinbad for all their help!

Interesting!

I think you should have broken it down into diferent pages. Because like it is now, every time anyone accesses the page, it downloads the whole manual. Slow for the one who want to read just that part, and bandwidth consuming for Fnordia's server.

I considered that; but as a 56ker, it is actually easier to download the whole page, and save it to your computer for later access.
That is how I would have done it anyway.

If there are more calls for me to break it up into smaller sections, then I won't hesitate.
