New testing release for preparing 95.0!

Changes mainly were bugfixes, only some small new features were introduced.

For details of changes since 94.1 look at the "95.0" section in changelog.txt.

See the Testing Release Wiki page for general info about how to obtain the release, and an archive of all testing releases since the last stable one.

If you find a bugs, please report to Mantis.

Remember to attach infolog.txt as file, if you crash!

I get a libgomp error i believe some of the previous versions testbuild also had.

On ubuntu 13.04.

- copied a lot config descriptions from wiki to the engine (thx for all the wiki'ers)
 - http://springrts.com/wiki/Springsettings.cfg is now automatically updated with each release

Is there a policy in place for wiki'ers to submit descriptions now that they are drawn from the source? (If not, I'd suggest a link to http://springrts.com/wiki/Talk:Springsettings.cfg and instructions to put new descriptions there so they can be added to the source by a commiter)
