d.)TA:Mutator decimates TACC anyways, as it could correct conflicts and also was the single and only proggie that allowed you to do mutations for Total Annihilation, a feature which I believe is still unique in all of the RTS universe to TA:M to this day (pwnt).

TACC is TA Conflict Crusher.
And, um, while I think that Dinamik's post is kind've pointless spam, I have to agree with him- R1CH is cool. TACC was the first really comprehensive tool for building big mods for TA... and while... yes... it has a few flaws... it also had a lot've functions that weren't found in TA:M. I used both a lot when I was modding TA, and they were both very useful pieces of software, imo.
And R1CH was nice enough to host other pieces of software, etc. on his site, back in the day, preventing some things from disappearing off the Web. Moving right along now...
