Midgame join for self hosted games simply does not work

The error people get is "game already in progress". Abma experienced it a few hours ago as well.

These settings haven't changed, and all the necessary ones for midgame join are there (according to #sy).

In my exp. this has never worked. It needs a relay.

reconnectTimeout=0 --> reconnectTimeout=X where X > 0

Deleting springsettings/springrc also solves the problem.
