Vanguard Frigates can not hit underwater mex
they miss, no matter the distance

They should not have torpedoes to begin with, or if they have, they should not have sonar. It's a lolboat.

Knorkes luvboat- every step you take, every key you brake, it ll be missing you. This boat is the sitzerland complement, everything but itself is considered neutral!

seems they can actually hit sub somewhat okayish but underwater buildings are missed...
Watch attached replay at high speed (+ key) and note how many tries it takes to hit one mex. The first one is lucky hit, another is killed when it was aiming for a different mex. Rest takes many tries, storages too.
balance wise I didnt notice them being off so Idk how to change it without breaking balance?
But not being able to kill some mex is annoying.
[BOAT_TORPEDO] weapon has
//tracks=1;
so maybe it once was tracking but other things like tolerance were not adjusted?
tolerance=32767; is quite high
