BuildWarnings --> no longer supported
CubeTexSpecularExponent --> no longer supported
DisplayDebugPrefixConsole --> not an engine config parameter
EnforceGameSpeed --> no longer supported (there is SpeedControl now)
Headless --> not an engine config parameter
KPHasForceSettingRanOnce --> not an engine config parameter
LinkBandwidth --> no longer supported (there are three separate Link*Bandwidth parameters now)
LuaAutoEnableUserWidgets --> not an engine config parameter (read by LuaUI's widget handler)
LuaAutoModWidgets --> not an engine config parameter
LuaUI --> no longer supported
MoveWarnings --> no longer supported
NormalMapping --> not an engine config parameter
SoundVolume --> no longer supported (now snd_volgeneral)
UnitReplySoundVolume --> no longer supported (now snd_volunitreply)
UnitReplyVolume --> no longer supported
VerboseLevel --> no longer supported
snd_general --> no longer supported

Yeah, widgets can write & read custom config flags too.

no it wasn't:

i've updated it to 91.0. yeah, its not pretty, but better than nothing.

I need it for Replay ( Spectators ) mode
or you have a better solution ?

Settings for playing and Settings for Replays ?
as for me I need only 3 options for replays: FullScreen, Window Width/Height

Always wanted to use mwclient to auto update such pages on the wiki. We could even auto update some lua pages with it etc.

no, you have the old archive. I added some other spring options, like 3DTrees, AdvSky, etc.
and ask to change these files accordingly to graphic settings
