Mass Effect 3 Ending

Post by Das Bruce »

Wow.

I went into the game having heard that it was crap so I felt like I'd be prepared for the let down but damn. I don't think I'll be buying anything by Bioware until they can prove they're not going to screw up again.

The end is false and is an indoctrination.
Wait for DLC to play the real ending.

I cannot understand why people spend their money on corporations that use their franchise as money milking machine...

What I always disliked about the Mass Effect series is the morality system, the fact you never knew who you wanna choose as your sidekicks and the fact that many of the conversation choices did a piss poor job at reflecting what Shepard would actually say after you made your pick.

Oh the skills you could pick as you leveled up were pretty limited and kinda boring.

The good parts were all the female characters you could have virtual sex with and parts of the story.

The morality system was good, it fit in well with the best part of the game until the last hour which was that your choices made a non chromatic difference. It was a little disappointing that 'renegade' often meant 'dickhead'.

More diverse skill tree would have been nice but the combat was so simple that that was probably as complex as it could have been.

I preferred my raging bromance with Garrus.

I do find games that require you to pay extra for the real ending to be pretty amazing.

Amazingly stupid.

Is that the official line? Because it sounds like a they're desperately trying to cover for the original ending being a complete flop.

if I was a big games developer I'd do the same.. there are so many stupid people who willingly give me all their money if at least the product looks and sounds good and has some sort of coherent story that ensures the product is not wiped from the clients harddisk until at least all the DLC is bought.

people who play, pay and actualyl root for games like this are like the people who pay for and listen to the mainstream that you hear in every other club...one dimensional fools!

I personally could never finish a single one(and of course never bought one).
