Map Review: Battle Holms v1!

Anyway, onto the next map!

I played a 2v2 on it, and 2v2 seemed to work well...minus the problems of the resources. A 3v3 might work well too. Anyway, post your thoughts.

Actually, if you look at this picture the water is similar in color...

I am from louisiana, in this state we have lots and lots of brown water in our bayous. That made this map feel a bit like home. I really liked it.



Anyway, I have to give shintahr his due credit. The map is well done as far as looks go. I personally love the impact craters and the shored up natural walls along the waters edge also help block LOS. I really love the denfensive structure built on each island.

Although, the resources are a bit high, I love this map.

shame about the resources, this looks like a cool map.

I agree with forbidins review tho, the resource imbalance really kicks the gameplay in the nuts.

Thats a damn goodlooking map, is it one of the maps on FU that never had a forum topic? Some of those maps are never shown on the forum so they get forgotten before it gets the chance

Yes, its a beautiful map. Resources hinder the gameplay tho.
