0.85 UbuntuPPA Spring:1944 (Stable&Testing) - No HQ + Desync

Title says it all - the game starts with no headquarters, flags and seemingly no AI.

Any suggestions?

The only other mod I've tried is BA, and that works fine.

I have no idea what caused it but deleting my .springrc and /.spring/ folder seemed to work.
