Hello, i have this problem since some months, i just ignored it and stoped playing. Just like topic says, Total Annihilation doesn't start since spring 2 the latest updates. Zero-K doesnt work aswell.
I am owner of Asus X53S (laptop)
Graphic card: GT540M
Infolog says its problem cause older/newer graphic card driver, but at the moment I uninstalled old and installed latest, but still doesnt work.
Starcraft 2 works fine.

[f=0000000] Error: This stack trace indicates a problem with your graphic card driver. Please try upgrading or downgrading it. Specifically recommended is the latest driver, and one that is as old as your graphic card. Make sure to use a driver removal utility, before installing other drivers.
[f=0000000] GL renderer: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
Intel Graphics Cards are not graphics cards. They are addins that allow you to see your desktop and use MicroShaft Word. You need to get a real video card.
Helps if you bother to read.

eventhough it seems to have worked earlier for the OP and can run SC2?Intel Graphics Cards are not graphics cards.

Spring for some reason is trying to use the intel one. You need to force spring to use the gt540. I recall a thread about that recently.I am owner of Asus X53S (laptop)

Ok I understand the point. How to force it to use my graphic card not the intel stuff.
Re: Total Annihilation doesn't start since spring updates
I do not know about that specific laptop but you could:
- check the power settings (maybe if you are on "power save" it will try to use the intel one)
- check graphical settings
- check the BIOS of the laptop. Some laptops have a switch like "use only intel/use only NVIDIA/optimus (this means use both).
Good luck.
