IIRC Car (or Waldo, or maackey, or someone) made a tool for this years and years ago, but I'm tired and my memory's shot. Hopefully one of them will answer.

Do people actually use Dvorak? And how could you switch? Using my flatmates german keyboard with the y/z switched messed me up enough.
