Krogothe appears to be future proofing for the next generation of spring skirmish AI releases, namely AAI 0.35 NTAI 0.3 and OTAI 1.7-1.1, of which the first two are set to be finished in the same release window that krogothe has said he'd release the next KAI in.

lol nono its months away still!
ill only release it when its good and stable enough to be included with spring (eg when my plans are done)
im at about 20%, but im increasing the number of lines written per day thanks to the working logger class, the achievement of 100% stability and my new coding/testing technique

I doubt it'll be bundled with spring. For one NTAI and AAI and OTAI and ZcAIn have yet to be bundled with spring even though we've had stable versions released (arguably some versions where not stable).

Besides dont you wanna know how many people will have KAI on there computers without resorting to questionable code?

When its done it will be bundled, ill make sure of it!
Im not really bothered about that now, once the interface is more final and the AI is actually worth playing (eg builds planes/ships, works on more mods and not just core) and an actual challenge then ill think about that...

krogothe think about the ai's out there!
i must say here that a 1v1 with it in metalheck say gives a challenge (im no noob).
I really think u should consider a early release so ppl can enjoy enjoy a more challenging ai, besides it is quite stable.

patience people, it has grievous problems that need sorting and it doesnt run fast enough...
once i can run 6 KAIs at speed 5 on late game and the big construction bugs are sorted and it supports more mods and doesnt crash ill release it

lol ?
for a very complex ai, wich suposely is a strong ai, cuz it has to have a lot of things in consideration running 6 of it at a 5 speed will never run good,
wich makes perfect sense to me.

currently i get 6 KAIs on speed 3, and 90% of the load comes from closesbuildsite (my hacked version is even slower atm). Once KAI is done youll be able to run 10 of them at speed 5 no probs :)

if you guys wanna play it this bad just join the games i make pretty much daily
