I have a friend who uses Linux Mint 11, based on Ubuntu
We followed the directions to install the latest SpringLobby from the PPA repositories.
The version in that repo does NOT automatically download maps and mods with bittorrent OR http.
is there a way to enable this feature?
thank you in advance, coyo.

Re: Maps and Mods do not Automatically Download for Ubuntu
which ppa did you use?
i use the ppa (ubuntu natty) and downloading works here.
"bittorrent" is maybe a bit misleading, springlobby uses libtorrent_rasterbar to download maps/games from http-servers.
sometimes some maps/games can't be downloaded, but in general it should work.
"The version in that repo does NOT automatically download maps and mods with bittorrent OR http." <- what does that mean? screenshots or a better explaination please.
