Just a quick question concerning the volume of unit reply sounds: They seem to be *very* quiet, compared to the rest of the sounds. For example, my Commander shooting his laser is a reasonably loud sound, even if I'm zoomed out a bit, but the "selecting" or "walking" sounds for the Commander are very quiet, even if I'm zoomed in a lot.

I've done some twiddling on the SpringSettings volume bars, but is there a better way than moving all the other bars down low and the Unit sounds up high?

I think that is the only way.
What game btw? You could bug them to change their sound volumes.

Total Annihilation: Twilight. I suppose I could just go through and manually amplify all sounds that are normally quiet, I'm just curious as to why the Spring Engine keeps certain sounds so quiet, and plays others so loudly. It seems counter-intuitive, and something that could be easily fixed. Perhaps there's a good reason for it I'm missing?

Just to be clear, is there no way to tell Spring to not cut the volume on Unit Reply sounds heavily, but leave the weapons sounds normal? Is this hard-coded behavior, or can it be changed somewhere?

To clarify, if I click on a nuclear silo, the "select" sound for it is almost inaudible, unless I am zoomed in very close, despite being a fairly loud sound, but if I fire the nuke, the sound is very loud, and can be heard, even if zoomed out almost all the way.

Where are the sound settings set for these sorts of things? You'd think if everything was set at 100% in SpringSettings, it would play them equally loudly, but it seems to have a hard-coded "damper" on any unit select or reply sounds. Can this be found somewhere?
