Spellcasters and special abilities

Post by Yaaar's Revenge »

Hey

I was wondering, is it possible to give units in Spring special abilities like in RA3, Starcraft 2 and other games like that? Things like targeted "spells", or instant-action spells and toggle spells?

Thanks - I've had a look around and am not 100% sure if Spring supports that, and I'd rather find out sooner than later in the development process ><

Thanks

All possible through the lua API. Meaning you have to code it yourself, it's not as simple as turning on a tag here and there.
