Units Disappearing, (Mabey ATI related).

I'm having problems ingame with units disappearing for no reason then reappearing, also comes with a lot of flickering. They Disappear for various amounts of time around a couple seconds. It will happen to all the units and structures on the map at the same time.

I'm currently running Spring version 0.82.7.1 (0.82.7.1 MT-Sim)
with Windows 7 64bit with an ATI 5770.

Try single threaded spring, if that fails, updating or downgrading ati drivers may help as well.

First thing i tried, should of mentioned it. (updated to latest).

Edit: It happens when i zoom to a certain height. I tried playing with LOD distance and icon distance, doesn't seem to affect it.

I had that problem for a while. Play with settings. Turn unit icon distance all the way down, then do LOD distance higher than that by a decent margin.

Also, try disabling health bars widget. I had problems with that for a while.

I've got a 5850 w/ MT, btw.

Yes! It was health bars widget causing it. Ty.

BTW who should i report this bug to?

Whoever made the widget I'd guess. I'm not sure who that is, though.

author of widget is displayed in tooltip when you hold your mouse over the widget in f11 list.
should also tell what game that happens in. (so the games devs can fix it)
