Yes it is. You have to be a natural born citizen in order to be president of the US (this is why Arnold Schwartzenneger or however you spell his name can be governator but could never run for president. He is a US citizen, but a natural born german citizen) (of course, liberals generally don't know this because most of the time they've never heard of the constitution unless it was their toilet paper ).

If it were found/proved that he wasn't, he would at the least, be impeached, thrown out of office and would probably have to serve prison time. It's quite a serious offense.

Just because there are layers doesn't mean its forged. It is probably just software recognizing and segmenting certain parts of the image. Many pdf scanners segment parts of the image, i.e. cut off white areas to save space. OCR software also does segmenting.

No forger would be this stupid anyway.

You would think. However, the only reason I can think of for layers would be OCR, but if you look at it in illustrator, and the individual layers... I venture to say that that is not a product of OCR'ing. There is a lot in each of the layers that is significant to raise eyebrows.

Personally, the birther thing to me, is an issue of principle. I myself don't really give a fuck where he was born. He grew up here, so for me that works. But based upon principle, knowing the truth is important.

For example, omnipage will do some weird shit with ocr when you scan shit in, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't do crap like this. I'm tempted to torrent omnipage and have a look for myself.

Also, if you have a look at the BG, it doesn't look scanned. Moreover, a scan of a piece of white paper would have not produced a tiled background everywhere that there is white, or even half white (white being transparency).

This document was definitely altered where the bg is concerned (but for all I know it could be as simple as some retard intern thinking that a pretty background would be a good idea).

Edit: WRT the bkg, I'm 100% sure that it was scanned in as an OCR PNG. The white would be transparent. But a graphics noob wouldn't know horseshit from peanut butter. So said noob ends up with a layered png. Our noob then places the image in microshit word 2010 and sees OMG PRETTY BACKGROUNDS!!!! SQUEEEE!!! And selects one, saves as pdf (this part I have trouble explaining, because you can't just save as pdf... even adobe's own pdf converter rasterizes everything and sends a new image via fake printer port (which means it gets converted to RAW) to acrobat for pwnification into pdf), and posts online.

As said, I have trouble explaining the saving part... Ahh shit, I just let doubt in again. Is RAW capable of layering?

I think he may have confused the term "democrats" and "conservatives".
