This would've been years ago when the new tags were first implemented. The GUI has changed since then, so I imagine the bug is gone. It didn't list the version number in the "mod" list in spring.exe, so you had to stuff it onto name anyways.

Oh yeah, I remember that. That was fixed forever ago tho.

[17:34:54] <[S44]FLOZi> could add a 'releasedate' tag in yyyymmdd format used for actual comparisons and keep 'version' as the game makers own versioning system
[17:37:21] <[S44]FLOZi> that way mods can keep the version system which fits with their workflow/dev cycle/whatever and version comparisons are always consistently comparable
