I temped as an assistant chef today, with no cooking skill, training or past experience as a chef. shit was mega, the best bit was when I got to wear the whole chef outfit and tell the ------- hands what to do. the worst bit was when I put all the scone mix in the automixer, then head chef said 'you put the gaurd on right?' then I was blasted with flour. also, they arent going to hire me again.
