Lost my lobby password

I updated to Win7, but I don't remember my spring account password:

How can I recover it ?

We just handle it manually. You tell us the name and the password you would like it changed to, we log in and change the password. I can't do it right now, as I am at the office, but Aegis or Lurker probably can.
