Getting a mechanical is extremely expensive, so old ones might be an option.

Mechanicals aren't that expensive, especially when you compare them to your logitech/razer "gaming" keyboards.

The Razer Black Widow, for example, is a pretty affordable mechanical keyboard.

I tried newer, but I was always unhappy with layout or keys or loudness of presses or whatever so this one works best for me :) Just needs to be cleaned up in my shower every few years.

True, I like the modern look +media keys but razer has too much bling

I modded my death adder to look more like a mouse for grown ups. (opened it and pulled the cable for one LED(you can deactivate it by drivers but I dont like drivers))
