Maximum Annihilation V1.2 - Status

The Wiki article for Maximum Annihilation got cleaned (read as "ignored"). I just perused the forums and can't find the current status of Maximum Annihilation V1.2 or later. [Krogoth86] and Master-Athmos don't mention it in any posts after Feb. 2010. I am posting here to see if anyone knows the fate of this engrossing Mod.

+10 Bonus Points if you have a clue!

Depending on how old the mod is, it is probally not compatible with current Spring version.
Mods now need to spawn commanders on their own etc.
Krogoth86 seems not to be active anymore:

Well, That's too bad. Thanks. I guess that Test Mech Combat mod (MC0047.sd7) won't work either. Perhaps I'll save an old copy of Spring for nostalgia.

if you provide a download for the mods in question, somebody might fix them for current spring.

for example Google_Frog Fixed EE for 0.82.6.1

MA V1.2 is sitting here on my hard drive and is pretty much finished. As I moved on to another project I just wanted to do one "final" release so it'll work again with the latest version and hopefully will work for a more or less "long time". I didn't have too much time in the last 2-3 months for it so I didn't check yet if some of the issues that need to be fixed in order to run it with the latest version can finally be applied without the danger of a more or less recent update asking for some in-depth changes...

Well, That's great news! I have a small enclave of MA loving friends who will enjoy having MA1.2 even if it is MA's last "Hurrah!"
