I'm not entirely sure what determines the difference between a mech and a tank lab... But, it fits the foot print of the t1 kbot lab so I think thats the way to go with this one. Don't worry, I will make the tank lab look far more beefy and industrial. (Assuming, thats what you mean.)

essencialy a mech lab means it must be higher and have loong welding arms, due to the diferent size and type of unit.

A ven lab probably is a lower building and it can be more horizontal, and have more detailed machine parts, since vens have tracks wheels canons heavy amunition e.t.c.. while mechs have lazors smal rockets e.t.c.

This in T1 stage ofc

maybe this will help

Yeah, personally I'd vote to stick with the design of the labs, they're a more recognizable building and imo the current designs are pretty good. Just spiced up versions of them.

I agree with wombat. The lab looks great; its unique and seems to have purpose. Dont get bogged down by running it all past everyone. You have more than proved that you are excellent at interpreting the TA style.

The old designs are just so....bad though. The only reason they chose those designs is because they allow for low poly models.

small request if i may, less symmetry plox. i know it speeds up modeling but 350 models, all with square footprint gonna look boring.

Here is the vehicle factory. Closed and open. Like the kbot factory, this one fits the respective footprint.

This is actually pretty epic - but when you finish animating something, can you post a clip on youtube of it? :D

EDIT: This post failed

K here is the T1 airplant.

Also, I'd just like to note that my original estimation of 4 days for all the factories was ridiculously off. Its probably going to be 1 day per factory. This also alters the schedule (obviously) on a larger scale, so for now lets assume that all the models, Arm and Core, are going to take around 3 to 4 months to finish. (As opposed to 2 to 3.)

Unfortunately, factories just take a much longer time to concept and model. Luckily though, units should go even faster than the towers did.
