I guess they will be stationary or will players move them?
Fully mobile; both were light weight, even the larger US one could be moved by one guy. They will need to deploy in order to fire though. They will also be able to set up either defensive sandbags or camouflaging bushes when deployed. Both will also be mounted on light utility vehicles (Jeeps) for a much more mobile version (but of course completely unarmored).

Id like to get a greeting but with a feel of personal touch and i dont want it to be long and take 10 minuts to read...

You need to give an impression that there is a true connection between you and the client and its not some generated card and it needs to give the impression fast and in a nice way.
Ya well, tell that to the people writing the crap. I'm only designing it, and it isn't generated.

In other words, out of my control.

Compare to the fail that was sent out in 2004 as a pdf:

Way betta, and lets face it, customized x-mas card is always more of value than the pre-printed crap everybody else sends

It's nice to know that my doing shit in photoshop is good enough to be mistaken for professional prints :-)

The new christmas card is pretty nice, but it's way too busy, and lacks the cozy feel of a letter. I'd say this is one of those situations where, as a web designer, more 'edgy' or 'pop' ruins the feel. That said, it's still better than like 80% of holiday emails people get.

Maybe move some of those ornaments away from the text, make it a little easier to read?

"Happy Holidays, frohe Feiertage!"
why do you write it like that?
the non-capital f and both seperated by , instead of 2x !

Can you explain this a bit more, I don't quite get what you mean. Are you asking why those two are in the same sentence?

It's worth noting that stuff like this (as stupid as it sound) cannot be colloquial or in "easy speak", or, in german terms, New Deutsch.

Moreover, the translated happy holidays have been done by native translators. That's not to say that they are ALWAYS perfect, but just keep it in mind before questioning it. That said, there are a few mistakes in some of the more exotic languages (mainly missing special characters).

Obviously, the japanese is not using native japanese characters, that is the one place where it becomes a little less formal (however, it is acceptable to do so).

It's too late for me to redesign it this year, however, for next year's card (which I will be doing in a week or so), I plan to keep it much more simple.

Doing anything graphicswise for these people is an epic pain in the ass, so once I get something approved, I'm not deviating unless I absolutely have to, but as I said, next one will be much more simple. For the hell of it, when I have the basic layout of it done, I'll post it here and get critiques/suggestions (believe me, I could really use them).

My first attempt and success at actually getting something I made into the MoW engine (the M16s they're holding). Took hours of mostly trial and error because of a lack of well-translated tutorials.

edit: realized screenshot on low graphics settings probably isn't best idea

I would write "frohe" with capital "F":
Happy Holidays, Frohe Feiertage!
if it was other way around, would this be correct:
Frohe Feiertage, happy Holidays!
?
Feels strange/wrong to me.

I hate it. I have this shape in my head and it keeps not being the shape I want it to be.

Draw it. Again and again, until you catch it. Then eat it. Diggest it. Model it.

Well I see things i like and start making them and it is not fitting what I had in mind. I think I am going to redo the torso and try for an armored torso and not a head and chest man bot torso.

Very very Armored Core. I like it. If you're going to redo it overall, I say save this as well, just to have it.
