Subj. For example, ctrl+a + share - this command will not share buildings that under construction. What to do if i need to go away fast and want to share all my stuff? Or i just start building advanced MEX and want to leave it to teammate to construct and use?

yeah, that is currently not supported by the engine, and i guess you'd be lucky if it was even only on someones long term to-do list. it might be possible to do it with a gadget.
