Commander wont spawn

So i go to play a bit of spring, install the new update. Set up a game and when i start it up, the countdown goes and the game starts with no commander.
i tried BA 7.12 and CA stable 8025
really annoyed by this

Did you not read what i said... i said i updated spring...
i cant update the mods since spring now wont download mods or map. me and my friends all have the same problem.

The old versions don't work anymore with current spring releases.

Spring is the engine, it doesn't download anything. Are you talking about your lobby? Either download manually or update your lobby.

Did you add enemy bot? Add computer enemy

Use BA 7.19 (or maybe, my own BASP+Mission), and ZK (ZK is CA name)

This is not a standard "update just in case" notice. Spring did change in august, and every mods had to update, or miss commander spawn (if not the mod missing altogether from the list)
