my best result is the entire texture being black in Upspring or totally unreaded

Just make a normal RGB image and a grayscale image for the teamcolor. When you're done load the RGB and add the grayscale to the alpha channel (in the DirectX texture tool or one of the other texture tools out there.)Hi whatever I did I cant made proper .dds with PSP
