Here is some information. It's targetted at linux users tho, but it might give you some more clues...

hm wiki has some problems, if it doesn't load try clicking in address bar and pressing enter or copying url. Anyway if you try hard enough it'll show

cant anyone fix the dam thing i mean if we need this thing so dam badly why dont we just fix it up make it stable everyones happy then we can continue on with the next project.
