Text Display Error in NOTA 1.632

I recently downloaded both spring and NOTA 1.632 as well as some maps without incident. However once I started the game with spring lobby, the loading screen was malfunctioning. The text in the middle of the screen was replaced by white boxes outlined in black, while the outside edges of the screen had normal text, the interactive text was not working, but the text that was a part of the screenshot was fine. After loading, the game was stable, and I was able to play, but the text was still just outlined boxes. They did take on the colors that they would in normal gameplay but were not readable. Is this a problem with me lacking a font library on the computer. I am playing on a vista machine with the newest version of Spring (0.82.6.1) Also once the victory conditions are met a window pops up with the unreadable text, and when i click on what i think is the exit, the game crashes.

(Edit) I also tried this with Balanced Annhilation V7.19 and had the same issue, the interactive text is displaying blocks instead of letters

I'm not sure this is the same issue, but we also have problems with letters appearing in the game.

I have a intel(R) G33/31 Express Chipset Family, Chip type GMA 3100 with the driver igdumd32.dll. The driver version is 7.14.10.1409
