In Zero-K lobby you can now PM to offline users.
Message will be delivered when that user comes online.
It looks like normal messages both to you and receiving user (if he is using Zero-K, otherwise he will get PM from Nightwatch bot).
Likewise there is now support for "persistent" channels- if you subscribe to a channel you will see its history even if you weren't there.
Its meant mainly for developer channels where people who need to communicate are not always online at same time.

Messagebot is still there, and it's even got 99.9% uptime, now!Wombat wrote:there was/is messagebot, no ?
I might eventually even be able to integrate that kind of functionality into the server, but that's a long shot from where I am now.
I'm curious, though. Does the 0K lobby use messagebot or something else with the same functionality?
Re: Support for offline messages and persistent channels
I could not find messagebot so it uses own :)
To use persitent channel you must pm !subscribe #channel
to Nightwatch.
This is really mainly for small channels with focused discussion, i dont recommend it for channels with lots of spam/messages.
