"I have lag issues" is compleatly useless to us from a tech support standpoint. If you want advice you have to describe the problem. You might as well say "I feel sick, any advice for how to get better?" you're not giving us any symtoms.

I'm used to stupid people asking stupid questions... what you did wasn't helpful, you need to ask clairifying questions?

Try pinging the servers, do you get packet loss or latency their?

Download another anti-spyware program and check with it, most anti-spyware programs only catch like 80% of infections...

Check your system resources... is your memory/cpu usage peaking?

What kind of lag, the one where stuff floats for a while and then work really fast to catch up? sync errors?

I'm not trained in customer service or tech support, I just know the statement "I have lag" doesn't help me figure out what's wrong. Can we get these questions answered anyways, most likely it would help.

1) What spyware/Antivirus scanners do you use.

2) whats your computer specs e.g. vidio card ram etc.

3) do you scan for viruses, adware and defrag frequently.

cheek all that and get back to us
