I think thats the name, Im posting this from memory,

Anyway i was messing around with TA:UW, and the UFO files it had in the main page of UW was; taucp air units, ground,air,kbot, etc.

Well i dumped them all in my TA spring folder. And it works! Of course some models and stuff is cut out, Because it has limited men0us?

But TAUCP works in spring. I will get the exact files tonight. Oh im also going to try and test the commander; the super commander. (i will doubt that works. But one worked for me, why cant another?)

Oh, And it will be great if TA:UW was converted into spring. :D Its a great mod. And just jam packed of war.

download the "OTA settings for Spring Patch" on fileuniverse to fix up the build menus to access all the units in the taucp pack
and I've tested the TAID super commander and he gets stuck in the TAID factory so you have to self destruct the factory to free him

yeah it would but self destruct is faster and the super commander is tough he can take the damage.

Got a major problem here!! Most units can't get out of their own factories, including the Arm Advanced Construction kbot and the regular Core Construction Vehicle and Kbot!

I bet TAUCP tweaked the collision data for factories to allow for bigger units coming out of the standard factories, but Spring doesn't seem to recognize these tweaks...

anything going on with this? I want TAUCP, has ths unit issue been fixed?

YAY, this was above all my favorite of all mods, mainly because of the alien resource building which produces lots and lots of energry as wel as lots of metal. It costs lots to build, but once it's built, man, your resources come in at awesome rates... enought to build up, and build a second factory to keep getting larger.

Man, I am just loving this, Thank you everyone for this rebirth of a awesome game. Most sequals suck and either mess the original game up, or well make the game lame.

This is reviving and improving an already great game that lost it's upkeeping. Thanks TA Fans and everyone involved.

I can't wait to get this going on some LAN Parties.
