Nightscape v2 by Runecrafter

Post by Runecrafter »

Well all I did some touchups on Nightscape, changed the resources on the map for better play by decreasing the wind to 0-20 and lessened the metal quite a bit. http://www.fileuniverse.com/?p=showitem&ID=1942

It would be at least 600 megabytes.

No it woundnt, its only a 10 by 10 map... more like 200 once 7ziped... however still not worth trying for.

Trying to send the source BMP files to each other.

Why not use a lossles compression like png, or an uncompressed jpg (small filesize, no artifacts)? Then if you 7-zip that up, it will be quite small. IIRC, a 10x10 map is a 75mb bmp. I have a 10x10 map here in png format that is about 20mb all up. Compress that and it wouldnt be hard to send at all.
