"Warning: attempt to connect already active connection number" error when I host... anyone else ever have this problem?
I have a RR connection going to a router. My PC is set up as DMZ so all ports should be forwarded. Running XP pre SP2. Getting above message when hosting on main server.
Other people count down and are dropped.
Have succesfully created a server and had others connect to it but was still unable to start game.
help please.

I will attmpt to answer my own question. While at work I got to thinking all of my friends attempting to connect are all behind an almost identicle configuration. Because of this, thier routers will dole out the same IP adress ranges.
Therefor we may all have the same local IP adress and though that should not matter on the internet... perhaps spring looks at that. Tonight I will attempt to change my local IP range and test this theory.
