Could someone fix this joke already, i have reported it like 6months ago

1) i dont know which client they use
2) i dont know for sure who did the joke

I reported about it to BrainDamage, im not sure was it the right person?

Ouch! Among incorrectly displayed flags, I heard that the french variety is particularly nasty.
