Cannot find unittype...

so i added my own units to XTA, and they worked fine, but now with the updated sprong they dont show up. i tried to have one start as a commander, but it crashed and said cannot find unittype (my units name) i have been trying to find answers here but all i can find is things from like 2005-2006 about unittype armhawk. so if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.
