We need 1 set of commands for all autohosts.

Uh... I'm sure you meant autohost program developers, not owners?
Re: ATTENTION autohost owners
In addition to that I'd like to request less messy autohost messages.
There's lots of irrelevant info and extra lines that should be gotten rid of, it's ugly and messy and makes it harder to talk in an autohost while people are ringing or voting.

SpringDownloader will be integrated with Springie commands eventually.Gota wrote:We need 1 set of commands for all autohosts.

Re: ATTENTION autohost owners
Maybe some script for the lobby that would auto-translate autohost commands based upon the type of autohost in use?

Re: ATTENTION autohost owners
I understand your point but as autohost should assume same features, I don't understand why there should be such an heterogeneity in the commands.Jazcash wrote:Maybe some script for the lobby that would auto-translate autohost commands based upon the type of autohost in use?
Therefore, lobbies must not rectify that flaw

That's nice info for new players. It's less to explain to them.Hobo Joe wrote:There's lots of irrelevant info and extra lines

On the contrary, it's information overload and confusing, all those messages could be easily be condensed while retaining relevant information.SirMaverick wrote:That's nice info for new players. It's less to explain to them.Hobo Joe wrote:There's lots of irrelevant info and extra lines
