Incoming connection?

Hi first excuse my english im a new player of spring i giv spring.exe permission to establish outgoing connections n played online without problems but recently it ask permission to accept incoming connections
Is that normal? If i make a permanent rule to block that behavior is the game going to run nice?

If you're hosting, incoming is necessary. I think it is alright to approve it, the behaviour is normal as far as I know.
