Microchip implants required to recive health care?

In my exploration of things, I came across this rumor that there was little thing in the recent health care bill requiring people to get chips in order to receive health care. Now personally I think it is most likely nothing more than a rumor. Such things have been the talk of and paranoid nut jobs for quite some time. I think if this was tried it would be a horrible violation of human rights and it does concern me. Has anyone read anything about this or know what the scoop is? here is a link

That looks like a deliberate misinterpretation of the quoted text...it pretty obviously only states that implanted medical devices will be registered in that database (which basically is what allows them to be useful; the devices themselves only hold an ID number and the database holds the patient data). I see nothing implying that those devices will be mandatory.
