Camera Widget

There was a camera widget released a while back that forced the camera within the confines of the map edges so that you would never see them. After spending 3 hours searching everywhere I could think of for it I can't find it. It isn't regret's hybrid camera and it isn't carrepairer's camera.

Could someone please tell me where to get it?
