Mod Req: GI Joe

Post by tangbaba »

Has anyone requested the more code-gifted masses for a GI Joe vs. Cobra mod yet?

Mod requests usually don't go well since mods take a ton of work and doing all that for one requester is a bit much.

As you can see by my buddy icon, Cobra Commander is riding a pig. The mod will be ready very soon.

when you get my friend dave really drunk; he often recites the story of how he lost his cobra commander figure on a cruise with his parents. fooling with the toy by the handrail at the edge of the ship, clumsy little dave (if you knew him, it seems a natural turn of events) dropped his cobra commander into the sea, to be lost forever.

of course, having affluent parents, purchasing another figurine for him once back to civilization was an easy task, but still, one can never replace the sentimental value of losing a favourite toy.

even now, cobra commander scans the bottom of the sea, recruiting eels and coercing crabs into servitude, for his inevitable return to the world of the sun, with his army of crazed sea creatures.

one problem with a GIJOE mod though would be that nobody is ever killed. just watch the show; tanks are smashed into wreckage and yet the joes without fail are able to escape the carnage unscathed.
