I was expecting a deep south documentary...

Looks funny though. It's kinda sad that the military really tried this stuff seriously... read about it on wikipedia sometime. Russians were into it too. I guess they were willing to try anything during the cold war.

SO were the Germans. Hitler tried a lot of shit, especially near the end. He was desperate.

I used to stare at rocks when I was about 7 years old to see if I could get it to move while telling it to move, so, sure why wouldn't governments attempt to investigate or do something with psychic phenomenon. I think that pretty much everyone is at least curious about it at some point in their lives. It is entertaining to think about.
